These terms govern your use of the PartsByVehicle website and your purchase of products from us. PartsByVehicle is operated by Maxwell & Higgs Pty Ltd (ABN 70 849 548 389). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & fitment

We make every effort to ensure vehicle-fitment information is accurate, but vehicles vary by year, engine and series. Fitment data is provided as a guide — it is your responsibility to confirm a part suits your vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you confirm.

Pricing & orders

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or out of stock. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major cards and Shop Pay via Shopify.

Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns and warranty by our Returns & Warranty policy, which form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for incorrect installation or use of a product.
