We want you to get the right part the first time. Because filters must be fitted unused and to the correct application, please confirm fitment before you order — use the vehicle finder, check your part number, and contact us if you're unsure.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied parts

If a part arrives faulty, damaged, or we've sent the wrong item, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Email support@partsbyvehicle.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item within a reasonable time of receiving it, and we'll sort it out promptly at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

As these are vehicle-specific service parts, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please double-check the part suits your vehicle before purchasing — we're always happy to help you confirm.

Manufacturer warranty

All products are genuine Ryco and carry the Ryco manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
